For someone who feels responsible for the business, knows how to combine a strategic vision with presence in daily processes and wants to influence what Gorgany will be tomorrow.
What will be your area of influence?
- HR strategy - to develop and implement an HR strategy that supports the company's business goals (retail, online, distribution, Turbat)
- Organizational design - adapt the structure to business scaling, B2C expansion, development of distribution, own production
- Culture and values - develop a corporate culture that unites teams around the Company's mission
- Talent management - work systematically with leaders: from selection to development and retention of A-players
- Evaluation and reward system - implement a transparent model Performance Management, KPI, bonuses and "growth path"
- Recruiting - to build a recruiting department capable of closing positions on the scale of x2 growth of the staff in the perspective of 3 years
- Training and development - to create the Gorgany academy: trainings for managers, sellers, service, as well as leadership programs
- HR-analytics - to implement systematic monitoring of engagement, turnover, efficiency
- Employer Branding - make Gorgany an "employer of choice" in the field of outdoor business
- HR technologies - automate key HR processes
