The main goal of this position is to work on the correct distribution of functionality and provide the agency with productive employees, with the help of administrative tools to improve the agency's activities so that the effectiveness of the team and each employee increases.

What tasks must be worked on:

• development and implementation of personnel management strategy

• recruiting and adaptation of personnel for various vacancies

• support and optimization of existing business processes together with managers

• development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures 

• planning and implementation of training programs and initiatives 

• personnel assessment and development of individual development plans for each employee

• managing the process of reporting on personnel productivity

• monitoring and analysis of the internal climate and employee satisfaction and taking measures to improve these indicators.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position

• competent written and spoken language

• communication and a high level of emotional intelligence

• systematic approach to tasks, work for results

• strategic thinking and management decision-making experience
