We are looking for a HRD in the meat department.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in the position of HRD (preferably in manufacturing companies);
• You understand business processes and can be a strategic partner in matters of personnel management;
• Proactive, result-oriented, responsible and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the HR team and managing processes: recruiting, adaptation, development, assessment, training;
• Development and implementation of HR strategy and strategic initiatives;

• Management of employee motivation and loyalty;
• Conducting HR marketing campaigns;
• Employer brand formation and promotion of corporate values.
