• Experience in the formation of HR analytics.

Areas of responsibility:

• Search and select personnel of various categories (from manager to top manager).
• Organize and conduct interviews (independently and with customers).
• Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and search for new channels to attract targeted candidates.
• Collect recommendations for final candidates.
• Analyze the labor market, provide wage monitoring, as needed.
• HR analytics.
• Participate in HR department projects.
