- Search and select personnel of various categories (from manager to top manager).
- Organize and conduct interviews (independently and with customers).
- Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and search for new channels to attract targeted candidates.
- Collect recommendations for final candidates.
- Analyze the labor market, provide wage monitoring, as needed.
- HR analytics.
- Participate in HR department projects.
