Your tasks:
Development and implementation of HR strategy
Formation of current and planned organizational structures, regulation ofof employees
Development and implementation of the employee adaptation program
Employee development and training system
Development and implementation of the system of motivation, performance management, evaluation of employees
Development and management of corporate culture, implementation of company values and principles
Automation of HR processes
Development and implementation of the performance indicator system of HR processes
Implementation of HR analytics
Building a system for improving the quality of management in the company
Development and implementation of the OKR and KPI system in the company
Wage fund management
Employer brand development
Ensuring a single infofield in the company
You are our candidate if you have:
Experience from 2 years in the position of HRD
Experience in building an HR strategy in accordance with the company's strategic goals
Experience in building a recruiting process in the company
Knowledge and mastery of various technologies and methods of personnel search
Ability to develop an adaptation and certification program for employees
Knowledge of the main tools of personnel evaluation and experience in conducting it
Experience in developing material and non-material motivation systems, as well as personnel evaluation and development systems
Experience in building an effective corporate culture in accordance with company values
Ability to build the company's HR brand
Quality control of corporate events
Working with the company's reputational risks as an employer
