Main duties:

• Participation in development and implementation of strategies for attracting, developing and retaining highly qualified employees
• Development of selection criteria, conducting interviews
• Development and implementation of training, coaching and mentoring programs
• Development of individual development plans

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the specialty "Economics", "Management", "Finance", "Banking" or related
• Experience in the implementation of talent management projects
• 3+ years of work experience in the field of assessment, personnel development and talent management or other related field
• Experience in the implementation of personnel assessment methods and competency models
• Experience in the organization of potential identification processes employees with the help of 180/360 assessment tools, competency metrics, other tools for assessing competencies, abilities, conducting surveys
• Confident user of PC, MS Office, Google services (calendar, mail, documents, etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of modern practices, methods and tools of personnel evaluation
• Knowledge and understanding of modern practices, talent management methods
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
