The ideal candidate will take the initiative to implement HR strategies, improve processes, and drive employee engagement. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead and takes action to create a positive and effective work environment.Key Responsibilities:Be the primary HR contact for our teams in Ukraine, identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.Oversee the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) while continuously improving these processes.Develop and lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being.Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws, with a focus on creating innovative solutions.Address employee relations issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Lead performance management and employee development programs to support employee growth.Collaborate with global HR to align local HR initiatives with company goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.Proven track record of taking initiative and driving HR strategies and change.Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws and HR best practices.Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive HR initiatives in a remote environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
