 Duties:
 

• participation in the implementation of the People division strategy
• BP p2p coordination
• participation in accompanied training processes
• participation in the formation of the internal personnel reserve
• search and selection personnel
• formation of the external personnel reserve
• monitoring of the labor market, the volume of the salary market
• Onboarding
• Offboarding
• conducting People analytics and reporting
• participation in the support and development of the company's HR brand
• participation in the organization of corporate events
• other tasks of the unit People

 What we expect from the candidate:
 

• experience of HRBP or HRG from 2 years
• general experience HR manager from 4-5 years
• experience in search and recruitment of personnel from 3 years: office/middle/top level 
• IT specialization will be an additional advantage
• experience of working with partners in the search for personnel
• ability to work in CRM systems
• professional ambition aimed at systematic self-development
