Main responsibilities

• Management of personnel records in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, vacations, work books, reporting);
• Formation and management of personal files of employees, development of job instructions;
• Full cycle of personnel selection: formation of a vacancy profile, search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews, preparation of job offers, support to employment;
• Organization of adaptation of new employees
• Conducting personnel evaluation and organization of training and development
• Participation in the implementation of motivation systems and support of corporate culture;
• Resolving personnel and conflict issues in the team.
