Requirements:

• work experience in the position of personnel manager of 3 years or more;
• work experience in recruiting is mandatory (preferably mass selection);
• successful experience of closing vacancies of different levels using different resources; 
• knowledge and practical application of various methods of selection and recruitment of personnel, methods of adaptation;
• experience of maintaining a candidate database and recruitment analytics; communications, a high level of flexibility and proactivity;

Functional responsibilities:

• control and management of the full cycle of personnel selection in the office and in production (subordinated to the recruiter) ;
• onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• participation in the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, implementation of HR-Business processes;
• establishment of effective internal communication between by departments;
• department budgeting, HR analytics;
• conducting eNPS personnel survey.
