Obov' duties of an HR specialist:
- Assistance in the selection and hiring of personnel
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Organization and maintenance of personnel documentation
- Participation in the development and implementation of personnel processes
- Interaction with company departments on personnel issues
- Conducting interviews with our clients
Requirements of our candidate:
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of HR
- Communication and the ability to work in a team
- Responsibility and attention to details
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at the level of no below average
