AI Specialist/Solution Architect in Softengi

Description of the project:

We are looking for an AI Specialist/Solution Architect who will participate in a government organization project with a minimum 1-year commitment. Our candidate would support and grow AI literacy awareness programs. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, and promote cross-functional collaboration for AI initiatives.

Your qualification:

• At least five (5) years of professional experience, with a background in implementing machine learning solutions.
• Proven experience in AI-related roles and end-to-end lifecycle management of AI products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in AI techniques like machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with a focus on Azure Cognitive Services.
• Expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, and related tools.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Python, JavaScript, and AI frameworks like Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Familiarity with MS Graph APIs and vector databases.
• Knowledge of MLOps and DevOps principles for AI pipelines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot M365 and Copilot Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with public health-oriented information systems or other International organizations, and working across multiple time zones.
• Basic knowledge of French.
• Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the demand process for AI use case consultations.
• Conduct responsible AI experimentation, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Manage the development, deployment, and integration of AI solutions, ensuring seamless adoption, training, and support, and continuously optimize AI systems.
• Support the evolution, implementation, and enforcement of a comprehensive AI governance framework and policy guidelines to ensure ethical, transparent, and effective use of AI technologies.
• Conduct assessments of AI needs and associated risks for secure and effective AI technology implementation.
• Identify and set standards for AI ecosystem platforms/tools to ensure compatibility, security, and performance.
• Provide guidance on reference architectures, develop genAI sandboxes, recommend toolkits, and promote best practices to streamline custom system development.
