Main tasks:

• Distribution of requests from employees between responsible specialists by country and city
• Creating and updating personal data in the internal corporate system
• Preparing letters for new employees and sending them to respective offices
• Communication with colleagues from other offices.
• Working with access matrices (RACI) and internal HR processes
• Keeping records of employees in the internal corporate system.
