Head of own production in Ambar-Market, TOV

We invite you to become a part of the team of our network in the position of Head of own production.

Main functions:

• Organization of food production activities (ensuring the implementation of the production plan, control over product quality, cost price and volume of produced products, formation of price policy).
• Development of all areas of food production according to the needs of the network, as appropriate if necessary — updating the assortment of products (meat, fish, bakery, confectionery, cooking).
• Work in 1C (tracking of leftovers, ordering raw materials).
• Control the timely shipment of goods to our markets according to the created applications.
• Control of compliance with technological norms, standards and rules in the production sphere (checking the compilation of technological documentation, technological maps, costings).
• Participation in taking inventories at the production site.
• Interaction with suppliers, quality control of the products supplied for production.
• Working with subcontractors: repair of production equipment, plumbing, small repairs, sewage, etc.
• Participation in personnel selection, training, motivation and development.
• Management timesheets and schedule of personnel changes.
• Provision of personnel with the necessary inventory in production.

Requirements for candidates:

• Work experience of 2 years in a managerial position in food production.
• Knowledge of food production processes, knowledge of operation and effective use of technological equipment.
• Understanding of the competitive environment.
• Ability to work in team in conditions of a high pace of work, ensuring high product quality.
• Organization, responsibility, discipline, initiative, innovation, leadership qualities.
• High communication skills.
