We are looking for a like-minded HR person in the "Technoopttorg-Trade" team!

Our company is constantly developing, so we are looking for a specialist who will strengthen our HR department.

What will you do:

• Finding "your" people: active talent search through all possible channels (from job portals to creative approaches in social networks).
• Communicate and select: conduct interviews, analyze resumes and help department heads find optimal candidates.
• Take care of order: manage personnel document flow (vacations, filing personal files, archives) - we love when everything is in its place.
• Be creative: we are always open to new ideas on how to attract the best specialists.

We will definitely get along if you:

• You know how and where to look for candidates of different levels.
• You are confident with digital tools: Google Docs, Google Drive and other cloud services are your daily assistants.
• You know the 1C program (BAS versions, 8.2 or 8.3) — this will help you quickly integrate into our processes.
• Able to transform large amounts of information into a clear system.
• Attentive to details and able to work independently (we trust ours!).
• You understand HR and archival matters (or really want to learn it).
• Love your native language: in our team, communication in Ukrainian is a fundamental position and part of our culture.
