What you will do:

• Active search for candidates through various channels (office and production staff)
• Conducting interviews , evaluating candidates and providing feedback
• Organization of work to attract young specialists from specialized educational institutions
• Monitoring of the local labor market and wages
• Control of the adaptation process new employees
• Participation in the development of the employer brand
• Coordinating the preparation of the annual training plan
• Cooperation with mentors to ensure the effective implementation of training of new employees
• Internal reporting on training completed
• Documentation of training (conclusion of contracts with counterparties, payment of invoices, signing of acts of completed works)
