Evaluation and training specialist in ATB-market

Requirements:

• basic or complete higher psychological education;
• work experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
• qualified skills in working with a PC, software (MS Office);

Responsibilities:

• organization and conducting of personnel assessment and training;
• conducting the main selection of administrative personnel;
• conducting computer testing for knowledge of basic programs;
• participation in conducting trainings

Working conditions:

• Official employment;
• Paid annual leave;
• Timely payment;
• Working schedule: 5/2 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
