HR specialist in BUSINESS EVOLUTION

The Business Evolution company has been providing consulting services in the field of implementation and development of IT solutions for more than 20 years. The company offers a wide range of products for the digitization of business processes and has extensive experience in their comprehensive implementation. One of these solutions is SAP SuccessFactors, a suite of cloud-based human resources experience management (HCM) software applications that support core HR and payroll processes, talent management, HR analytics and workforce planning, as well as employee experience management.< /p>

Due to business expansion, we are looking for future SAP Success Factors Junior Consultant for training and further employment.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Understanding of HR processes or previous experience in the HR field;
• Full/part-time education in the field of "Personnel Management" (optional) );
• Successful experience in implementing and finalizing IT products will be a significant advantage;
• Skills in conducting training and presentation;
• English language proficiency level B2 (Upper Intermediate) is mandatory;
• Experience in automation of HR business processes (preferred);
• It will be an advantage knowledge of BPMN, xml, html, css;
• Availability of own laptop for the training period.

Hard skills are important, but they can be acquired, but soft skills are all about you, so it is important for us that you:

• Had (la) good communication skills, was (la) focused on the result and on the client;
• Easily found a common language with colleagues and clients , if in general, you are friendly;

Duties:

• Interviewing customers - identifying business needs/offering the customer appropriate options for solving business tasks;
• Development and coordination of the system implementation concept;
• Development and coordination of technical design;
• System interface configuration;
• Protection and approval of the implemented technical solution at the client;
• Coordination of work processes with the client;
• li>Teaching customers how to use the system effectively.
