What will you do:
• Recruitment and selection talented salespeople and cashiers in the retail network;
• Adaptation organization new employees and control of their training;
• Support and corporate culture development in Retail;
• Training and support of existing employees;
• Development and implementation of educational materials for the retail team;
• Employee motivation, participation in motivational programs and events;
• Work for the result and control of own HR indicators;
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.
