What you will be doing:

- Planning and coordinating training events for staff

- Conducting training needs assessment and personnel development

- Cooperation with the company management to determine the training strategy personnel

Required experience:

- Experience in HR in any position from 2 years

- Knowledge of modern methods of training and personnel development

- High level of command of Ukrainian and Russian languages
