Recruiter/HR in NSDgroup

The group of companies "NSDgroup" is a leader in the market of design repairs and construction, is looking for a HR Manager to join the team.

What will need to be done:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (resume screening/telephone interviews, interviews);
• Search and selection of employees, according to company requirements through various recruitment channels;
• Planning and conducting initial interviews;
• Adaptation of personnel;
• Writing job descriptions;
• Training of new employees;
• Providing report to management on the results of their work.

Requirements:

• Experience as a personnel manager or recruiter from the 1st year;
• Willingness to grow and develop together with the company;

Working conditions:

• Classic work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday are closed);
• Office in "Lisova kazka" residential complex, str. Radistiv, 34;
• Corporate communication;
• Loyal management and a friendly team.
