HR recruiter (scout) in Kuzema I.L., FOP

We are looking for a recruiter for our team (a person who will close vacancies on time)

Responsibilities:
Placement of vacancies. Creating content for social networks (Instagram, TikTok, FB) Maintaining a database of potential candidates. Feedback from candidates, counseling. Creation of copywriting for posts, stories. Posting vacancies in social networks (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, job search sites).
Working according to the script, processing and cold base. 

Requirements:
Experience in the field of similar position is an advantage to be able to find non-standard solutions for closing vacancies. Understand where to search and find the best candidates.

Schedule:< /span>
Mon-Fri from 10:00-18:00
Salary: rate 15,000 UAH + bonuses. 
(average salary of a recruiter + UAH 40,000)
