We are currently expanding the team and looking for - HR Process and Performance Specialist (Sportsbook)
Main tasks:
- Checking and updating job cards and matrices; li>
- Ensuring relevance and accuracy of information in the personnel management system;
- Evaluation of performance (Performance Review);
- Analysis of evaluation results and preparation of recommendations for further development;
- Synthesize marketing analytics to prepare reports for Compensation & Benefits (C&B);
- Prepare and report performance and evaluation results;
- Provide feedback to executives and teams on the basis of evaluation results;
- Development of personnel development plans (PDP) for employees with low results;
- Initiation and coordination of training and professional growth processes together with the training and development department;< /li>
It is important for us:
- Have experience in analyzing and describing professional competencies and skills;
- Have skills in describing categories and levels of functional duties;
- Comparison of current job duties languages of employees with market positions.
