We are currently expanding the team and looking for - HR Process and Performance Specialist (Sportsbook)

Main tasks:

• Checking and updating job cards and matrices;
• Ensuring relevance and accuracy of information in the personnel management system;
• Evaluation of performance (Performance Review);
• Analysis of evaluation results and preparation of recommendations for further development;
• Synthesize marketing analytics to prepare reports for Compensation & Benefits (C&B);
• Prepare and report performance and evaluation results;
• Provide feedback to executives and teams on the basis of evaluation results;
• Development of personnel development plans (PDP) for employees with low results;
• Initiation and coordination of training and professional growth processes together with the training and development department;< /li>
