HR PP (Junior) in Atlas Recruiting

Today, it is important for our client, a company in the field of international logistics, to strengthen the HR People Partner team.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in HR in the position of HR manager, HR PP, HR Generalist from 1 year.
• Experience of managing the full life cycle in a company with a size of 100 people or more.
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR tools.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, the ability to provide quality feedback.
• High level of self-organization — responsibility, time management, structure.
• Business orientation and critical thinking.
• English language B1 (or higher).
• Analytical mindset, communicative.

Area of responsibility:

• Management of the full life cycle of a contractor.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with contractors and teams, conduct quality 1:1, tactfully solve work problems.
• Conduct regular 1:1 to improve working relationships and productivity.
• Monitoring the social climate in teams and recommendations for its improvement.
• Working with HR analytics. 
• Support of HR brand and corporate culture.
• Participate in the process of selecting candidates for vacant positions and conducting WD. 
• Participation in HR projects.
