Main tasks:

It is important for us:

• Experience in HR People Partner, HR Business Partner positions from 2 years;
• Experience of working in a company with a staff of +500 employees (IT will be an advantage);
• Experience of independent development and implementation of HR processes: formation of the company structure, formation of the hiring plan and etc.;
• High level of communication skills, ability to build business communication with top management and C-level of the company.
