Development of recruitment strategy:
- Definition of strategic priorities and implementation of modern practitioner.
Updating and optimization of recruiting tools:
- Updating processes and using modern technologies.
Management of the recruitment system :
- Organization of the hiring process separately for the office and stores.
Implementation of the CRM system:
- Configuration, integration and optimization of work with CRM platforms for automation recruitment.
Automation and digitalization:
- Implementation of advanced tools in the processes of hiring and adaptation of personnel.
Analytics and reporting:
- Reporting based on onboarding data.
- Analysis of reasons for layoffs during the adaptation period.
- Survey and feedback in the process onboarding.
Hiring of personnel:
- Search and attraction of candidates for key positions.
Projects for student engagement:
- Implementation of internship programs and cooperation with educational institutions.
Evaluation of recruiting effectiveness:
- Building analytical data and reporting for evaluation of results.
For work you will need:
- Higher education.
- Work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position in large system companies.
- Knowledge of various search methods and successful experience in closing TOP vacancies.
- Successful experience in implementing and working with CRM platforms.
- Implemented projects involving students.
- Competent communication and business skills correspondence.
- Experience in personnel management.
