Main tasks:

• Analysis of training needs, formation of a training plan ;
• Development of new trainings for field training;
• Conducting interactive training in the format of classroom trainings, master classes and seminars;
• Conducting field training sales staff (80% of the working day);
• Organization and assessment and certification of sales department employees (Sales Representatives, Supervisors);
• Training for Managers and Top Managers.

Basic requirements for candidates:

• Higher or special education;
• Experience in the field of FMCG in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Successful work experience in training sales staff and managers ;
• Mastery of key sales techniques;
• Knowledge of the distribution system;
• Readiness to business trips;
• Experience in drawing up training programs.
