Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members. personnel development.
Supporting a culture of open communication and feedback.
Working with the level of employee engagement and motivation.
Participation in the creation of HR processes and initiatives aimed at improving the experience employees.
Cooperation with team leaders on talent development and retention.
Necessary skills and qualifications:
Work experience inHR / People Partner position from 2 years.
High level of emotional intelligence, developed communication skills, ability to work with people in stressful situations.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes.
- Skills of conducting 1:1 meetings, identifying requests and needs of teams.
Responsibility, confidentiality and ethics in working with sensitive information.
Interest in defense technology.
