We are looking for a specialist who will ensure a high level of staff involvement and loyalty through the implementation of effective employee support processes at all stages of their life cycle in the company. Your goal is to build trusting relationships between the team and the business, which directly affects the productivity and stability of the team.
Functional responsibilities:
- Management adaptation: full support of Onboarding processes, holding a Welcome-day and monitoring the completion of the trial period.
- Retention-management: conducting regular 1:1 meetings, identifying risk areas and working on retaining talented employees.
- Analytics and monitoring: systematic collection of feedback communication, conducting satisfaction and loyalty surveys (eNPS), analyzing the reasons for staff turnover.
- Development of corporate culture: initiation and implementation of projects that increase team spirit and commitment to the company brand.
- HR administration: keeping reports and databases on adaptation processes, meeting statistics and Offboarding.
- Internal communications: creation and publication of content in corporate messengers, support of the company's information field.
Technical requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Confidence in the methodology of conducting 1:1 meetings and in-depth interviews.
- Experience in working with HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, adaptation periods) and their measurement tools.
- Skills in working with Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets) and task managers.
Competencies:
- High level of emotional intelligence: ability to sense the mood of the team and respond in time to requests.
- Mediation skills: the ability to constructively resolve conflict situations and find compromises.
- Analytical thinking: the ability to transform employee feedback into concrete proposals for improving business processes.
- Structure: the ability to keep a large number of contacts in focus and keep documentation on time.
