What you will do:

• Support the full cycle of ??nboarding of new employees

• Maintain a culture of feedback: organize and conduct regular 1:1

• Participate in the formation and implementation of HR initiatives (surveys, events, greetings, team welfare)

• Provide data for internal HR analytics (reporting, vacations, sick leave, turnover, etc.)

• Assist in the formation of internal policies and regulations

• Be a support for the team in daily HR issues

• Work experience in the HR department from 1 year (People Partner / HR Assistant / HR Generalist) fk
