HR People Partner in DiJust

Dijust is a stable Ukrainian IT company that is an international game provider and has a number of successful B2C projects.

We are currently at the stage of active scaling, so we are looking for aHR people partner in our Customer Support Department, and we are already there are more than 200 employees.

Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Experience in the field of HR from 1 year (in the field of IT will be an advantage)
• Successful experience construction/optimization/adaptation of HR processes (onboarding, performance management).
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.
• Developed empathy.
• Planning and organization at a high level levels.
• Orientation on business needs.
• Communicative, inquisitive and proactive.
• Organized, independence.

Main tasks:

• Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and up-to-date.
• Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company : onboarding, performance management & evaluation, offboarding.
• Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with each employee company.
• Participate in HR initiatives and implement them in life.
