Responsibilities:
- Building a comfortable working climate: creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team;
- Development of the HR brand: forming the image of the company as an attractive employer;
- Organization of events: planning and conducting corporate holidays, team building, business meetings and motivational events;
- Conflict management: prompt identification and resolution of conflict situations in the team;
- Evaluation and development of personnel: conducting regular performance evaluations of employees, development of individual development plans;
- Feedback: organizing regular sessions with employees to identify their needs, wishes and areas for development;
- Supporting the adaptation of new employees: conducting familiarization meetings, creating instructions for quick integration into the team;
- Analysis and implementation of HR innovations: studying new personnel management methods and implementing them in the company;
- Development of corporate culture: promotion of company values, creation of internal initiatives to support team cohesion.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of HR manager from 3 years;
- Knowledge of the principles of building an HR brand and the ability to apply them in practice to increase the recognition of the company as an employer;< /li>
- High level of communication and openness to dialogue;
- Developed empathy skills and the ability to find an approach to different people, maintain a trusting atmosphere in the team;
- Negotiation and compromise skills, the ability to effectively resolve conflict situations and reach agreements.
Conditions:
- Work schedule Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00;
