HR Operations Manager in Frontline Robotics

The company Frontline Robotics is engaged in the development and production of robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Our mission is to preserve human lives by robotizing the army. We create complex technical solutions that are changing the rules of warfare already.

We have formed an experienced and cohesive team that is expanding and looking for specialists in various fields, including HR Operations Manager!

• Conducting a comprehensive audit of HR Ops processes in the company;
• Development and implementation of unified HR operations standards;
• Configuration and implementation HRIS systems (in further system administration);
• Search and implementation of new solutions to improve current processes (using AI to optimize processes);
• Development of SLA for processes in the HR team;
• Description and documentation of HR processes;
• Formation of the knowledge base of the HR department.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic HR processes, employee life cycle;
• Ability to work with AI tools;
• Ability to work in Google sheets.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HRIS (People Force);
• Experience with AI tools;
• Experience in process automation;
• Experience introducing changes to existing processes.
