Biosphere Corporation — one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of household, hygiene and professional use goods in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (TM "Freken BOK", "Smile", "Selpak", "Vortex", "Novita", "PRO service", "GRAFF" and many others) invites to its team a Head of HoReCa.

Main tasks to be implemented:

• Development and implementation of a sales strategy for the HoReCa channel.
• Coordination of the work of the sales manager.
• Setting and achievement of sales targets.
• Analysis of the market and competitors to determine development opportunities.
• Implementation of measures to increase the efficiency of the sales process.
• Support and development of relationships with key by customers.
• Monitoring the implementation of sales plans and reporting to the management.
• Development and implementation of the policy of discounts and promotions.
• Implementation of a system for monitoring the performance of target indicators.

The following professional knowledge and skills of candidates are important to us:

• Experience of working in the HoReCa channel (Food category).
• Experience of participating in tenders (army, charitable foundations, budget institutions, prozorro, etc.).
• Experience of working with gas station networks.
• Experience of managing a team - will be an advantage (optional).
• Experience of working with exports - will be an advantage (optional).
