Due to business expansion, we are looking for a telephone support specialist for our office in Kyiv.

 Work schedule:

Main (option 1):

• 07:00 - 17:00 (weekdays)

• 08:00 - 16:00 (weekends)

Main (option 2):

• 09:00 - 19:00 (weekdays)

• 08:00 - 16:00 (weekends)

 Additional (alternating periods load):

• 07:00 – 17:00

• 09:00 – 19:00

• 10:00 – 20:00

 Main tasks:

• Analysis and verification of telephone numbers

• Solving technical communication issues

• Call quality control

• Interaction with communication providers

• Working with the technical department

Our ideal candidate:

• Responsible and attentive

• Quickly oriented to tasks

• Has a basic understanding of telephony or IT (will be an advantage)
