HR marketer in TA-DA!

We are looking for an energetic and creative HR - marketer that will help us build a strong employer brand and attract talent to our team!

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of an employer brand strategy to attract new candidates.
• Managing internal and external communications related to HR marketing.
• Content creation< /b> (text, graphics, video) for social networks, website and internal corporate resources.
• Organization and participation incorporate and career events;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of HR marketing campaigns and optimizing strategies to achieve better results.
• Participation in the processes ofonboarding andoffboardsngemployees (support of new employees at the stages of adaptation, coordination of all stages exit of the employee from the company, ensuring a comfortable end of cooperation). >
• Provision of office needs,including ordering coffee, food and other essentials.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in marketing or HR will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with tools for content creation (graphic design, video editing, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills and creating a variety of content.
• Knowledge of the main channels of communication and promotion in social networks.
• Analytical skills and experience with metrics and analytics for campaign effectiveness evaluations.
• High communication skills, ability to work in a team.
• Creativity, initiative and result orientation .
