We invite to the team: Recruiter (network)

What will we entrust to you?

• Search for store administrative personnel ( deputy store managers)
• Posting ads on job sites and social media. networks
• Control of the availability of vacancies in stores, communication with managers
• Organization of interviews of candidates with managers, maintaining a CRM database
• Identifying reasons for employee turnover in stores, conducting Exit- interview
• Participation in staff retention programs, finding ways to minimize turnover

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (retail will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of modern search and recruitment tools
• Communication
• Confident PC user, Google Docs
• Determination, activity, ability to work in multitasking mode
