This role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing organizational performance through the management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs. The HR Manager is responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining key HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development. This role supports current and future business needs by managing the fulfillment of company, department, and personal objectives, and by driving high performance through a comprehensive performance appraisal system. Additionally, the HR Manager oversees compensation and benefits management, monitors freelancers’ hourly work, and ensures all HR activities comply with legal regulations. The role also involves maintaining digitalized employee training records, providing decision support through HR metrics, and continuously aligning HR strategies with the overall business strategy of the company.Responsibilities:HR Process Development and Management:·      Design, implement, and automate core HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, pre-onboarding, onboarding, training, and offboarding.·      Ensure the efficiency of HR systems and procedures across the organization.·      Regularly review and update HR policies and SOPs to comply with current legislation and best practices.Talent Acquisition and Retention:·      Manage the full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, sourcing, and onboarding.·      Develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and motivating top talents.·      Build and promote the company’s employer brand to enhance its attractiveness in the job market.Performance and Development:·      Implement employee performance evaluation systems to drive productivity and align employee goals with company objectives.·      Develop and execute an annual personal development and training program for employees.·      Analyze training needs for individuals and teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.Compensation and Benefits:·      Develop and manage the company’s compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and fairness.·      Initiate and implement reward and recognition programs to enhance employee motivation.Employee Engagement and Culture:·      Foster a positive corporate culture based on collaboration, respect, and diversity.·      Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.·      Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing workplace concerns and ensuring a supportive environment.HR Analytics and Reporting:·      Establish HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making.·      Monitor key HR indicators (KPIs) such as retention rates, training completion, and employee satisfaction.Compliance and Risk Management:·      Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.·      Manage risks related to employee relations through clear policies and procedures.Monitor changes in legislation and HR trends to develop organizational practices.Qualifications:Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Experience: ·       At least 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.·       Understanding of clinical trials, patient management, and regulatory compliance.·       Familiarity with key regulations like GCP (Good Clinical Practice), GDPR guidelines.·       Experience in automating HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.·       Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs tailored to CRO staff needs.·       Skill in assessing training needs, implementing programs, and maintaining digital training records.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and working in a global environment.English Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Personal QualitiesEffective time management, allowing proper goal setting and meeting project timelines within budget.Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.Ability to work in a team.Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced eco-system.Tenacity and focus on achieving goals in a complex environment.Attention to detail and an ability to meticulously keep and maintain records.A solution oriented and a "can-do" approach.
