We currently have a vacancy for an active, creative person. We are looking for a HR Manager.

This is your job if You:

• can easily create an attractive vacancy;
• know how to find high-class specialists using various channels search,
• you also know how to build and conduct a high-quality interview with job applicants, understand their motives and assess how well he/she will "fit in" with our team;
• You are always up to date with labor market trends;
• HR-brand is an important tool for you, which you expertly use and develop, if not, don't worry, we'll teach ;)

What you will have to do:

• building and managing all HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, training, development, personnel evaluation, motivation) , well, maybe not right away by all ;)
• development and management of projects to improve corporate culture and internal communication. If you do not have a lot of experience in this, we will be happy to share your experience; : 400">What we expect from you:
  • conducting interviews and selection productive employees (3-5 vacancies per month);
