HR-Manager with knowledge of the English language in AMADEY TRANS

We invite a HR manager to join the team, who is interested in working with people, developing internal processes and building a strong team in a growing company.

Main duties:

• Search and selection of personnel, conducting online interview

• Participation in the formation and maintenance of corporate culture

• Development and implementation of employee adaptation programs

• Collaboration with department heads to effectively close vacancies

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in HR or recruiting will be an advantage, but not is mandatory

• Confident use of Google Docs, Excel, CRM-systems

• Knowledge of English at level B2 or higher

• Competent oral and written language, communication

• Responsibility, initiative and desire to develop in HR
