Areas of responsibility:

• Building and development of the company's management accounting system.
• Formation and implementation of financial strategy in accordance with goals business.
• Attraction and management of credit and other sources of financing.
• Financial analytics, preparation of management reports for management.
• Planning, control and optimization of cost and margin.
• Building and implementation of a financial planning and budgeting system.

• Strategic thinking and a systems approach to financial management.
• Strong expertise in financial analytics and financial modeling.
• Experience in manufacturing companies.
• Practical experience scaling business.
• Experience in management positions (CFO / Head of Finance).
