HR manager in IT Step Academy

We invite to our company an effectiveHR manager.

Who we are looking for:

Duties:

• search for candidates (job sites, social networks, IT communities);
• conducting telephone interviews, personal interviews;
• participation in all HR processes (adaptation, training, corporate culture, assessment);
• assistance to academy students in employment;
• establishing relations with it companies;
• development of the hr company brand, etc.
