Your primary mission will be to support and empower our contractors by guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive in their roles. You will work closely with candidates provided by our Recruiting team or through the Referral Program, guiding them through the complex hiring and onboarding process while adhering to internal guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and requirements set by KCI and our vendors. By fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee satisfaction and performance, ultimately contributing to the success of our partnerships with leading communications, internet, and media companies such as Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, and Mediacom.Responsibilities:Screen candidates provided by the Recruiting team to ensure they meet all job requirements, conducting thorough background checks and verifying qualifications to maintain the high standards expected by our industry-leading clients.Interview selected candidates, using behavioral and situational questions to assess their technical skills and communication abilities.Submit suitable candidates to our vendors, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to facilitate the final selection process and ensure the best possible match for each position.Track the process and results of candidates through all stages of the hiring process, using KCI's CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Provide timely information support to candidates, keeping them informed of their status and next steps throughout the process.Conduct comprehensive onboarding of hired employees, ensuring they are fully prepared for their roles and have a clear understanding of KCI's expectations, policies, and procedures. Develop and implement engaging training programs to help new hires hit the ground running.Provide proactive support to current employees, addressing badge reissuance, payroll issues, and any other concerns in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for KCI's contractors, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.Work within our CRM system to displayaccurate and timely data on candidates and the hiring process, generating reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to management. Continuously optimize the system to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Assist with employee surveys, gathering feedback on job satisfaction, training needs, and areas for improvement. Use this data to inform HR strategies and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and retention.Requirements:Degree in Human Resources of related fieldProven work experience or internship in HRKnowledge of HR systemsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsInterpersonal skillsEnglish B2 or higher proficiency with fluency in UkrainianWhat we offer:$300 Base salary + KPI (averaging $700-$900)100% remote work from any place in the world Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
