HR manager/recruiter (Bukovel) in Glacier Premium Apartments

Our team of professionals invites a HR manager/recruiter

Main functional duties:

• Collection of documents for the personnel inspector for the formation of personnel files and employees;

• Accepting documents of job candidates, collecting copies of employee documents by division;

• Maintaining HR documentation;

• Forming reports for the head of the department;

• Maintaining staff timesheets.

Adaptation and development of personnel:

• Organization and conduct of onboarding for new employees;

• Conducting tours for newcomers to structural divisions and hotel locations;

• Communication with department heads regarding adaptation new employees;

• Organization of trainings, team building and other internal events for staff;

• Support of a positive working environment and corporate culture;

• Participation in the company's HR projects.

Recruiting:

• Selection of personnel (placement of vacancies, processing of reviews, communication with candidates);

• Conducting interviews;

• Formation and maintenance of a database of promising candidates;

• Presentation of final candidates to the manager, receiving feedback;

• Supporting the candidate to the final decision (application or rejection).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a relevant position from 1 year (experience in the HoReCa field will be an advantage);

• Higher education.

• Communicative, active position, stress resistance, result oriented;

• Confident use of MS Word and Excel;

• Analytical abilities;

• Understanding of modern personnel search methods;

• Competent Ukrainian language (oral and written).
