In 2026, the company transitions from a startup vibe to a systemic business. This requires not just a "chief accountant", but a strategic partner of the CEO. 

The essence of the role of the CFO: to be the main pilot (Co-Pilot) for the CEO in making decisions based on data. Ensure the speed of Kooperativ development by building a financial infrastructure that allows scaling without chaos. 

The CFO must create a financial system where:

  • Operational work is minimized / delegated / automated.
  • All company leaders work independently, without "pushing" the CFO according to routine.
  • Fin models are unified, fast, flexible, understandable to investors.

Expected work results:

1. Strategic navigation:

  • Creation of flexible financial models (min. 2 scenarios - optimistic and pessimistic) that allow the CEO to instantly evaluate business hypotheses.
  • Investment readiness: P&L, Cashflow and ROI for any new project are prepared on the basis of unified Unit Economics for 48 hours.

2. Automation (Odoo tuning):

  • Successfully adopt and adapt Odoo to your strategy. Do not build from scratch, but ensure that the system is used at 100% of its potential to automate business processes.
  • Conduct an audit of the current settings: weaknesses in the accounting logic are identified and corrected.
  • The system works autonomously: line leaders see their budgets in real time, and the CFO's time is spent on analysis, not on data collection.

3. Building an A-Team:

  • Create a transparent organizational structure of the fund department. Each team member has a clear area of ​​responsibility. There are no irreplaceable people-functions, there is an effective system.

4. Risk Management:

  • Implement an early warning system. Anticipatory work: the CEO learns about any potential risk at least 4 weeks in advance - and only together with the proposed action plan.

The ideal candidate:

  • Understands business, not just accounting. Has an "investment mindset": finance does not block ideas, but digitizes their potential and risks.
  • Able to translate numbers into the language of management decisions. The CFO does not come to the CEO with a problem ("yus deviations"), and with a solution ("we deviated, so I propose to redistribute the budget...").
  • Has 3+ years of experience in the position of CFO / Head of Finance in a dynamically scaling business.
  • Deep understanding of management accounting, Unit economics and profitability drivers.
  • Must have practical experience in ERP systems (Odoo, ERPNext, SAP Business One, etc.) at a level that allows you to set TK for integrators and control data architecture.
  • Has experience in financial modeling (short & mid-term) and preparing reports for shareholders.
  • Has the structure of an auditor, but the speed of an entrepreneur. Experience in auditing (Big 4) will be an advantage, but only in combination with real operational activities.
