Brief about the Company:

WINETIME is a Ukrainian chain of grocery stores, founded in 2010 within the framework of ASNOVA HOLDING.

We create a space of taste, culture and service - and people are its basis:

• 39 stores (19 in Kyiv).
• About 700 employees.
• Food courts in stores, own sushi.
• Own productions: bakery, cheese factory, brewery, farm.

Main tasks:

• Selection of personnel and formation of the gastromarket team (sommelier, deli, cashier, cook, bartender-waiter, sushi maker, etc.).
• Adaptation and training of new employees.
• Director support in building an effective team and development of corporate culture.
• Participation in the implementation of all HR activities of the company.
