The Customer Support team is expanding and is looking for a caring specialist for our product Hurma System. If you are eager to help customers, have excellent communication skills and are ready to join a highly dynamic team, then this position is perfect for you!
For this role it is important:
- Experience in supporting digital services (online product, online store, web services, development, etc.) for at least 1 year of tools
—Customer-oriented and responsible attitude to any process
—High level of empathy
—Openness to constructive feedback from the team
Will plus:
—Experience of working with HRM/ATS systems
—Experience of working with ERP systems
—Experience of working with LMS
Future tasks:
— Advising customers on system functionality
— Informing customers about updating system functionality
— Collecting feedback from customers on system use
— Receiving and processing complaints about errors in system operation (diagnosis of errors), escalation to responsible teams
— Resolving conflict situations
— Help in filling the knowledge base for customers
