- successful experience in closing mass recruiting vacancies;
- knowledge of tools personnel selection and evaluation;
- experience of working with a staff of over 300 people;

Job duties:
- search and selection personnel of different levels;
- conducting interviews and testing candidates;
- organizing interviews of candidates with the manager;
- timely and high-quality staffing of stores with labor resources;
- monitoring labor market;
- formation of personnel reserve.
