Advertising and public relations manager in Si Ey Avtomotiv

SI EY AUTOMOTIVE LTD" is the official exclusive importer and distributor of Chery cars and spare parts for them in Ukraine.

The company is part of the structure of UKRAVTO GROUP LLC and provides sales of cars and spare parts, after-sales and warranty services, an extensive dealer network throughout the territory of Ukraine.

KEY TASKS:

• Planning and implementation of advertising and PR campaigns; 
• Cooperation with bloggers and mass media - building and maintaining loyal relations, maintaining a database, initiating publications, prompt responses to official requests, organizing demonstrative test drives for journalists;
• Administration of brand accounts in social networks (content plan, creation of photo and video content, publication, targeting). 
• Ensuring the effective functioning of the company's website: placement and layout of materials, creation of a semantic core, development of technical applications to the contractor for the creation of new sections and strengthening of the site's functionality.
• Working with texts - creating content for social networks and the site; drafting press releases, writing articles, reviews and reports for mass media and bloggers, scripts for solemn events, etc.
• Organization of press conferences and speeches of company representatives in the mass media.
• Organization and holding of mass advertising and information events (car exhibitions, drive tours, presentations of new cars). 
• Creation, maintenance and optimization of contextual media advertising in Google Ads.
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns.        
• Creation of photo and video content for social networks and reporting to partners.
• Control of the work of dealers on advertising and public relations (in the territory of the dealer's responsibility);
• Coordination of the work of contractors (smm agency, designer of event companies, catering companies, technical support, photo and video shooting). Reporting and document flow based on the results of the work.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE

• Possession of promotion, advertising and analytics tools (Google Analytics);
• Skills in working with graphic editors CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop;
• Ability to independently create photo and video content for social networks;
• Experience in making presentations, reports, analytical reports;
• Skills of public speaking, interviews, conducting ceremonial events;
• English language – not lower than Pre-intermediate;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine. 
• Availability of orderly military accounting documents (for conscripts).

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Official employment and salary (annual review).
• Social guarantees according to labor legislation.
• Work schedule: 5-week work week (9:00-18:00), weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
• Trial period - 3 months.
• Reservation of conscripts.
