HR manager, recruiter in Tensore

"TENCORE" — a company that works at the forefront of development and implementation of high-tech solutions for the Defense Forces of Ukraine, invites to the team a HR manager with a focus on personnel selection. We are looking for a specialist who can quickly and efficiently fill vacancies for production and office (technical) staff.

Who we are looking for:

• work experienceHR-manager / recruiter from 2 years
• practical experience of mass and point recruitment
• ability to work with production and technical vacancies (will be an advantage)
• knowledge of modern personnel selection tools
• understanding of the basic norms of KZpP (at orientation level)
• communicative, systematic, performance

What needs to be done:

• full recruiting cycle: from the application to the exit of the candidate
• search and attraction of candidates (job sites, social networks, recommendations)
• conduct initial interviews
• accompanying the candidate to the first working day
• working with the "Bring a Friend" program
